Is it a umd or downloaded?

Which PSP are you using ?
Are you using Official or a different firmware ?
Which firmware are you on ?
Is this a UMD or digital psn title ?

If you're using UMD: Clean the eye inside the UMD tray or push it towards the left. Do not touch the lense.
If you're using a different type of firmware. Install Official and see if it works.
The save data might be corrupt and shuts off the PSP. Back up you're save data (on another memory stick or PC) and start to game again. See if it works.
Save DATA INSTALL might also prevent the game from starting, delete it and see if it works (if GOW supports it because i'm not sure)

Demo,already said,downloaded,PSP 3000.I redownloaded it a few times,still doesn't work. >.<

after "ReadyAtDawn studios" appears it freezes and turns off automatically.. i've redownloaded it but the problem still there.. :/

i'm assuming this is from the PS Store since we don't host it here.

if there is a problem with that demo, you should contact Sony for them to sort it out.

The GoS demo has always had freezing issues. The only thing that can really be done is dwelling and redownloading the game, and making sure you have the latest OFW.

Actually it got worse as time passed, worked fine about a year or two ago, just minor problems. Froze in arena, now it doesn't even work. I have to play jap version now, works fine.
