- Front and rear cameras
- New game media
- flash memory card based storage (new Vita game cards + "media" storage cards)
- 5 inch OLED touch screen
- Resolution of 960x544
- Touch pad on the back
- Gyrosensor + accelerometer (aka motion control)
- Built-in microphone
- Wifi B/G/N compatibility
- Built-in GPS
- Built-in Bluetooth
- Battery life is comparable to the PSP
- 3G wireless is optional (separate sku)
- AT&T will be the US provider of 3G service
- Release date is holiday 2011 (confirmed at least for Japan, NA&EU are TBA)
- Priced at $249.99 for the WiFi model, and $299.99 for the 3G+WiFi model
