so I was adding fund money to buy Wipeout on the ps vita , its 35.99 dollars i was putting fund money by wallet so i added 25$ then ten dollars than another 5 dollars so now i have 30$ on my wallet but when i tried another ten the error (NP-2244-2) came up saying i can not connect to my credit card. any ideas , i checked many sites and many people like me can not purchase any ps vita game through ps store or sony entertainment network

Might be your bank blocking it seeing that there are multiple purchases from the same place in a small amount of time.

no its not , i checked my bank and called support it might be an error on the store because many people cant buy and gets errors similar to mine (NP-2244-2)

Sony has a rate limit on everyones credit card that stops you from getting anything for 24 hours if you exceed that limit.

And everytime you try to get something else once exceeded, it resets another 24 hours.
