	Hello, i'll ask a little question... why the information board is always in maintenance ? it's like that since i got my psp 3001, this mean december 2010, do someone has access to this ? STYLE !!!

	update the firmware on your psp EDIT: sorry dont do what i said above. what you need to do is go to the info board, press the triangle button and select refresh

	My guess is since they stopped supporting PSP here they dont bother updating it and just stopped

	To my knowledge ... Info Board is region specific. If you don't have a PSN account that is in a region that has an Info Board server, you'll get that message.
