I kept getting an error code saying that I have been signed out of PSN. When I tried to sign in manually, it says my password is no longer valid and I need to change. But when I try to change it, it also says "The service is undergoing maintenance".

What 's going on here ? Do we have an unexpected maintenance ?

Sony issued a statement saying PSN is down.

"PlayStation Network is not available at present. This could be for a number of reasons including scheduled maintenance or essential updates and we apologise for the inconvenience caused."

Edit : It's back up.
