I appear to have found a... glitch, where I can use a shield weapon that I got with my level 30 character that does 61.9 DPS, on a new character that I've only just started with via the shared bank. Now every other weapon I know that does that kind of damage and is gained from a dungeon only accessible to level 30's, is restricted to level 30's only. This means that technically I should not be able to equip this weapon at such a very early level and I doubt they've done this on purpose. The reason I'm posting this thread is because I've tried to notify people on the official forums, but I have to wait 72 hours before I can even post anything or PM anyone. I wanted to ask if anyone that plays DC Universe Online has an account on the forums and if so, could someone notify them of this on my behalf? Thanks.

The weapon is called "Hellforged Plate" and is restriced to healers but there is no level restriction. I received it after defeating Bane on the "Caging Penguin" mission (the challenge mode version you get from the terminal).
