No worries, the NA PSBlog says the beta registration for the beta will begin soon. Definitely gonna try getting in

Sure it's for Europe, but you can still sign up using an USA account, although you would need a Europe account to redeem or give to a friend. As many people have said, USA sign up will start later on. Sony is world wide, just saying...

I signed up using my USA and Japanese account so no idea why its not letting you.

If anyone confused about the links...

Choose your enrollment form... EU (European countries) or NA (United States, Canada, etc...)
If you see an error similar to... "Your permissions do not allow you access to this section." ...it's due to your IP. If you manage to get past the IP block, you can sign-up with any account. You just need to know the username and the email associated with it,

I think you have to be 18 or older to sign-up even though it is E rated.

Correct, all BETA testing is 18+ age rating.

I’m happy to report to you all that the LittleBigPlanet Karting Beta will begin next Tuesday, July 10th. Those of you lucky enough to be selected will start receiving codes next week, and we will be sending out vouchers to more people as the test continues through Tuesday, July 31st, so if you haven’t registered yet, make your way over and sign up ASAP right here.
