how do i get the enemy leader to pop out of his tank?
I have already killed all of the soilders and destroyed both fuel tanks.

You must inflict enough damage to the vehicle (3 bars or below) for the comander to appear.

You will have to kill all his men click start to info to see how many soldiers there are he gets pissed off when all his men are dead or knocked out , i should i have all weapons camo and s ranked all missions

Run around (tactically ofcourse) and keep shooting at the tank. Ignore the soldiers class them as the secondery objective but if they get to close shoot them. If you use this strategy you will succeed (worked like a charm for me).

i did get him out of the tank by silently removing all the soldiers (its one hell of a hard work without smoke and Fulton Mine :D and then just tranq the commander and S rank if u were fast enough ... damn i miss that game :S

Through Ad-Hoc Party right? Or Xlink Kai? Because Peace Walker doesn't have online.

What kind of stuff? What's wrong with mgs pw help? If you mean the xlink kai stuff, then this thread wasn't intended for it. Things just got a little off-topic, which is why we should stay on topic: to prevent confusion and because it usually never helps anyone. The person asking only wants to know what he/she asked.
