As far as I know, nothing can stream to the PSP, YouTube or Netflix. I believe there's a Vita app for both.

This got more than off topic. Answer is that YouTube and Netlfix won't be making a way to the PSP. If you see any sort of price drop with an official reliable link, feel free to make a thread about it. Until then...
