This has phinal's permission

I am hosting this competition to give one of you lucky members to get a completely custom skin for your psp with me paying the fees, and i mean completely custom images (not stuff to stick on or jump out etc).

You could design one skin per member only and the winning skin would be down to a vote. The runner up prizes would be 1 month donator-ship of the site also courtesy of me

RULES:
1. One skin per person only.
2. No rude images (you know what i mean). Any sent to me would be reported to phinal and may result in a permanent ban.
3. Staff members (Moderators, Server Op, admin) are not allowed to participate!
4. You must use this template:

5. All images are to be sent to me via PM with the title "PDC Skin Competition Entry" and inside must be a link to the image on an external hosting site of a link to it in your files if that is more convenient. In the private message include a name for the skin.
6. You could include a space for username - simply write [username] on it and i will know what you mean as i may do other versions to sell to other members.
7. NO CHEATING - Do not make more than one account simply to enter more than once. If found out you may be suspended or banned.
8. You MUST be the orginal creater of the image!
but most of all - HAVE FUN!

Not Allowed:
- Rude or profound images
- Any insulting language
- Any insulting statements
- Anything that could be seen as insulting in any way

DEADLINE 30th January 2009 at midnight GMT. If any information is missed out or not clear post here and i will edit it ASAP

Please note: I have the powers to update or change the rules at any time to make the competition run more easily or smoothly but for no other reason.
