Wipeout is a game that is on the PlayStation Store in NA, PAL, & JP for the price of $5.99, 3.49, or 600.

Gameplay: Wipeout plays like a anti-gravity/racing game. You have to pilot over power-up pads found on the tracks, the player can pick up shields, turbo boosts, mines, shock waves, rockets, or missiles, which protect the craft or disrupt the competitors' craft. Controls of Wipeout are sluggish for me and most other players that have not been into the Wipeout series.

There's a bit of a learning curve with getting the control scheme in hand, but once you have it down it's a very smooth game to play. The game is way to short. So it is mostly like a pick up and play game. But this is really unlikely for most other Wipeout games that have came out.

There are only a few ships that are in this game. There are only 4 teams in this game, they all have two ships. This game contains the teams AG Systems, Auricom, Quirex, & FEISAR. Each teams ships has different stats, so play around with all of them to find out which one you think is the best. i went with the ship from Quirex, as that is the fastest yet is very difficult to control. For those people that are just starting pick the FEISAR team.

The tracks are fairly design good. If you like racing games you will know what I'm talking about. The tracks hate the player, since somehow even AI even has difficulty's on the track "SILVERSTREAM". To some of us people it's "that track" or to others "The one were you bash your head in". So be careful on that track, as I just warned you.

Graphics/Presentation: Graphics are good but bad at the same time, with ships they look good but the field has a lot of pop-up but I can understand for an 11 year old game. Menus look boring and pale. It needs pizazz to it.

Sound: I have found is both bad and good. When ever you use a weapon or crash into the wall you cant ear it. Soundtrack is good, which I even think is better than Wipeout Pure's soundtrack.

Last Note: The only thing that I have found really irrigating is the sluggish controls and the the track "SILVERSTREAM". You wont get mad at the sound or pop up at all. For only $5.99 you wont be mad at it much.
